Teaming up with AERT Clube, the former Brazil International launches unique beach facilities in Espirito Santo
Former Brazil International and adidas Golden Ball Bruno Malias has joined forces with AERT Clube in Vitoria, Espirito Santo, for the creation of a unique beach sports ground.
“Beach Soccer is lived in a very special way here… We are in one of the hotspots for Beach Soccer in Brazil, as Espirito Santo is home to some of the best beach soccer players ever. It is part of our identity”, Malias told beachsoccer.com.
“The ground has everything it needs, with dressing rooms, stands, warehouses, parking places, etc. We are taking one more step in the professionalization of beach soccer in the region“.
At the same time, the intention of both Bruno Malias and AERT Clube is not to make it a closed, exclusive place, but “we want to give it to the community of Espiritu Santo, so that everybody feels it a part of their home”, the beach soccer legend added.
Rio Branco Beach Soccer club has already jumped to the sand of these new facilities, placed at Rua Castelo Branco, Serra, Espirito Santo, and so will do Bruno Malias’ grassroot beach soccer school, the Escola de Craques Bruno Malias.
The facilities will be given an official inauguration next April, with the celebration of the Campeonato Metropolitano, a beach soccer festival including both Men and Women’s competition, plus U9, U11 and U13 categories.
