Ostermundigen will play host to the first stage of the Suzuki Swiss Beach Soccer League 2016.
The Suzuki Swiss Beach Soccer League, one of the premium domestic competitions in Europe, gets back underway in Bern on Friday.
Returning for a sixth edition, the event will see last year’s double winners BSC Chargers Baselland look to defend their crown across 10 stages, beginning this weekend in Ostermundigan.
Following an All-Star Game on Friday, Chargers begin against Dejan Stankovic’s Grasshopper Club Zurich a day later while Winti Panthers face BSC Bienne Hatchets and BSC Havana Shots Aargau take on BSC Lions Riviera.
Monday sees Lions Riviera up against Winti Panthers prior to Grasshopper’s clash with Havana Shots.
Holders Chargers then round off the action in the late afternoon against Bienne Hatchets.
