The top Belarusian side enjoyed a perfect season after beginning the year by winning the SuperCup then the Belarus Cup and lastly the league
The beach soccer season in Belarus started on the 17th of May with the second ever Belarus SuperCup, which was comprised of Bate Borisov, as the winner of the Bealrus Championship 2014 and the winner of the Belarus Cup 2014, which also happened to be Borisov, so the other SuperCup finalist from 2014, M-City, was the opponent. Bate took care of business once again and triumphed by a score of 6-3, to become the two-time defending SuperCup champion.
In the middle of the summer another important beach soccer event took place, the Belarus Cup, and it included the 6 best teams in the country. It was from July 11th-12th in Vitebsk. The final was played between Bate Borisov and the newcomver BGPU Minsk. BGPU has many players from the Belarus National Beach Soccer Team but the main star is the captain of the National Selection, Igor Bryshtsel. But once again, Bate Borisov was better the best team and they triumphed by a score of 5:4. With that victory Bate became the 5-time winner of the Belarus Cup.
The Belarus Champtionship was the season long gem of the Belarus season and it continued from May until August. In the National Championships this year there were 8 teams. It was a new scheme for the Championship; 1st stage – Two events with round robin play and the 2nd stage – A Superfinal. The elimination rounds began the quarterfinals, followed by a semifinals, and all culminating in a winner-take-all final. In the Superfinal were quite a few surprises, including in the quarterfinals when BSC Laguna Brest (6th team in 1st stage) defeated BSC Vitgazenergo (3rd team in 1st stage) who also happened to be a runner-up in the 2014 League Championship. Only BSC Bate won all of their games and became the 5-time winner of the Belarus Championship. The final had BSC Bate defeat BSC Grodno 2-0.
Bate continues their reign, and in fact, from the moment of the 2011 creation of the beach soccer team Bate in the structure of the famous football club Bate Borisov, which constantly plays in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europe League, the beach soccer team, coached by Vitali Krupitsa has won 11 titles – every beach soccer competition in Belarus since 2011. The Bate Borisov side has only lost four games in Belarusian beach soccer since 2011.
