AC Milan is just another one of the giants which does not want to turn their back to the beach and forget about the good of exercising on the sand. It is something more usual every day, as coaches and physical trainers highly regard the advantages a training on the beach surface offers, and it is not unusual to see the best teams in the world come down by the sea to meet the specific and beneficial conditions the beach offers in the search of the best shape.
The Rossoneri are one of these teams, and found no better way to star their tune up after the Christmas break than with a series of exercises in Al Mamzar beach, precisely the usual training resort of the UAE Beach Soccer National Team. For two hours, coach Massimiliano Allegri conducted a session based on muscular strengthening, and callisthenic duty for back and abdominal area, to end with a collective bath in the sea to cool body down.
The Italian giants have spent the last week in the UAE, where they are facing French leaders PSG, precisely coached by former Rossoneri star Carlo Ancelotti, in the the Dubai Football Challenge to be held this Wednesday in the Rashid Stadium, home to Al Ahli Club.
