Spain, Portugal, Italy and Czechia secure places in the last four
Matchday 2 of the U20 Euro Beach Soccer Cup 2026 in Viareggio delivered decisive results as Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Czechia booked their spots in the semi-finals. Portugal continued their dominant form with another commanding victory, Spain surged past Italy in a strong display, while earlier results ensured Czechia and Italy did enough to progress to the final four.

Portugal win 17-0 against Czechia
Portugal took full control in the opening period, firing in four unanswered goals through Pola, Loureiro, Lourenço, and Santiago to establish an early 4–0 lead.

The dominance continued in the second period as Portugal added five more goals, with Cristiano, Pola, and a brace from Loureiro extending the advantage to 9–0, while Czechia struggled to find a response.
Portugal completed a ruthless performance in the final period, scoring eight more goals. Mendes led the charge with a hat-trick, while M. Martins and Dinis also found the net, alongside further strikes from Loureiro and Pola to seal a commanding 17–0 victory.
Spain win 7-2 against Italy
Italy made a bright start as Sannibale opened the scoring early, but Spain responded quickly through Pepe before Jairo put them ahead. Santini struck soon after to level the contest at 2–2 in an evenly matched first period.

The second period remained tightly contested, with Spain edging ahead late on through Cebolla to take a narrow 3–2 lead into the final period.
Spain took full control in the third period, firing in four goals through Luisito, Aitor Mato, and a brace from Ramy to seal a convincing 7–2 victory.
