European nations will compete on Portuguese sands
Action from the Euro Beach Soccer League is set to take place in Nazaré, Portugal from the 30th August to 1st September 2024.
The men’s Division A and women’s competition are set to happen on the Portuguese sands as beach soccer action returns to Nazaré for the second time this season, following the incredible Euro Winners 2024 in June.
The competition will consist of one men’s group containing Portugal, Spain, Belarus and Germany, as the women’s competition will have eight nations compete across two groups of four teams, including Portugal, Czechia, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, Ukraine, and England.
Joan Cuscó, President of Beach Soccer Worldwide, stated:
” Nazaré is one of our favourite locations for beach soccer. We’ve hosted multiple editions of the Euro Beach Soccer League in the Portuguese region which have been an overwhelming success, so it’s a pleasure to return once again. We are sure that the participating nations will put on a wonderful show for the fans, in August.”
