Division A, Division B and Women's EBSL competitions will all take place this year
Beach Soccer Worldwide have officially announced the Euro Beach Soccer League calendar, with five EBSL events set to take place throughout the 2025 season.
EBSL action is set kick-off in Spain, as El Puerto de Santa María will host Division A – Regular Phase and Women’s EBSL competitions from the 25th to the 27th May. Following on from these competitions, between the 18th and 20th July, the EBSL makes its return to Batumi, Georgia for a second successive year, with Division A and Women’s EBSL competitions scheduled to take place in the vibrant Georgian city.
Castellammare di Stabia, Italy will host the next stage of the EBSL in 2025, with the continuation of the Division A – Regular Phase and Women’s EBSL between the 25th and 27th July. The Division A – Regular Phase will come to a close in Chisináu, Moldova, days later, as men’s teams will compete at the state-of-the-art, FMF Beach Soccer Arena from the 1st to the 3rd August.
The champions are then set to be crowned at the final EBSL stage of the year, the Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal. The familiar location of Alghero, Italy will host the huge beach soccer spectacle for the third year in a row, from the 9/10th to the 14th September. In Division A and Women’s EBSL, finals will be played to decide the best European nations, as Portugal are defending champions in the men’s competition and Poland look to defend the women’s title after their monumental final victory last year.
Division B will see two nations promoted to Division A for the 2026 season, with two potential formats depending on the amount of national teams registered for this year’s competition – a single venue format or a two-venue format.
