The competition will take place from the 14th to 16th February
The third edition of the El Salvador Beach Soccer Cup is set to take place at the Estadio de Deportes de Playa del Complejo Deportivo Flor Blanca in San Salvador, El Salvador, as some of the strongest men’s and women’s national teams will compete for glory on Salvadoran sands in front of the roaring fans.
Following on from two amazing events hosted in El Salvador in 2024, 2025 gets underway with beach soccer action from the nation, taking place between the 14th and 16th February.
Identically to the previous two editions, eight nations across the men’s and women’s competitions are set to take part in round-robin format tournaments – with each competition containing four teams and will see each team play three matches.
Three debutants will compete in the men’s competition as hosts El Salvador will face current Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal and FBSWC European Qualifier champions Portugal, Euro Beach Soccer League Georgia 2024 – Batumi International Cup winners Ukraine, and Venezuela.
Two-time champions USA will be looking to defend their El Salvador Beach Soccer Cup title once more as they take on host nation El Salvador, as well as 12th ranked nation Switzerland and Costa Rica, who made their beach soccer debut at the Acapulco Beach Soccer Cup 2024 in December.

Ad honorem president of INDES, Yamil Bukele was thrilled about organising a third competition in collaboration with Beach Soccer Worldwide in less than a year. Bukele explained:
“The El Salvador Beach Soccer Cup and Americas Winners Cup, both hosted in 2024, were great examples of how the sport has seen wonderful development over recent years in our country and we are looking forward to this year’s competition, as well as what is to come in the future for beach soccer in El Salvador.
“This competition also serves as great preparation for the Salvadoran beach soccer team for the upcoming CONCACAF qualifier and is an amazing opportunity for fans and spectators to witness the event live at the stadium, in the country’s capital city.”
The inaugural edition of the competition in 2022 saw hosts El Salvador lift the men’s trophy and USA capture gold in the women’s competition, as in 2024 Morocco secured the title in the men’s El Salvador Beach Soccer Cup while USA took home the women’s cup for the second time.
