The competition will take place in Batumi from the 17th-21st July
With the days ticking away, nations are ready to take to the Batumi Beach Arena for the Euro Beach Soccer League Georgia 2024 – Batumi International Cup, with international glory on the line and a place in Division A up for grabs.
This year’s edition of the competition will consist of seven teams divided into two groups. Group A will contain hosts Georgia, Latvia and Hungary, who will make up the Division B teams, and Group B will consist of Ukraine, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon, as invitees in the Batumi International Cup.
Following three days of group phase action, the Group A winner will be promoted to the Euro Beach Soccer League – Division A.
The penultimate day of the competition will feature two semi-finals which will see the Group A and B winners face the runners-up teams from the opposite groups, with the third-place finishers in Group A facing the fourth-place finishers in Group B in a 5th-7th place play-off match.
The final day of competition will see the EBSL Georgia 2024 – Batumi International Cup final take place, as well as two play-off matches (3rd/4th place and 5th/6th place matches) to determine the placements of teams between the third and sixth place positions.
